The 2021 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon from Revana is another gem of a wine, offering up lots of cassis, black currants, black cherries, dark plums aromas as well as shades of tobacco smoke, wet earth, dried thyme, and dried blue flowers. Flawlessly balanced, medium to full-bodied with sweet fine-grained tannins, plush acidity, and a dark fruit and earth-forward finish, it’s already impossible to resist now but give this 2-3 years in the bottle (or a lengthy decant) before enjoying for the optimal experience. 1259 cases produced. Highly recommend and editor’s choice.
