POTT WINES Cabernet Sauvignon, 'Le Nouveau Western' 2012

The 2012 'Le Nouveau Western' is made from three rows of Martha’s clone Cabernet Sauvignon (from Heitz’s legendary Martha’s Vineyard) sourced from the Star Vineyard, owned by The Oliver Family. The 2012 is a wonderful representation of Rutherford Cabernet Sauvignon, with a signature dusty cocoa loam note followed by classic dark cherry and a toasted oak-vanilla character. It possesses a voluptuous mouthfeel and long persistent finish with loads of dark fruits lingering. Look for this to continue to evolve for many years to come. (Best 2017-2032) - October, 2015 (VM)
