Aged in a mixture of once and twice-used French oak barrels, the 2021 Pinot Noir from Lavinea displays a gorgeous medium ruby core with a blueish rim. Bountiful notes of mountain blueberry, spiced red cherry, dried herbs, Christmas spices, and dried grapefruit emerge from the glass. Tannins have already integrated wonderfully with the lemony acidity and the fruit and spice-driven finish. 642 cases were made.
