Another gorgeous Chardonnay from the team at Lingua France, this time the 2021 Estate Chardonnay. It’s aged for 11 months in 21% new French oak which gives it lovely structure and a slightly heavier mouthfeel. Notes of bruised apple, green apple, toasted citrus peel, crushed volcanic stones, and specs of cinnamon spice overdeliver on the perfect backbone of acidity and body. Only 736 cases made. Highly recommended.
