Aged sur lie for over 3 years, the 2018 Blanc de Blancs from Lytle Barnett is produced from 100% Chardonnay grapes and features a lively mousse alongside aromas of freshly baked apple-peach pie and mountain wildflowers. With crushed almonds and pear on the palate, it finishes crisp with elevated acidity and a structured mouthfeel. Better in 2025 and then enjoy over the next 15 years. Just 156 cases made.
