A neon light lemon core with a silver rim shines in the glass while exploding with perfected notes of fresh Meyer lemon, sliced apple, crunchy pear, chopped hazelnuts, wet white clay, and white flower petals. I adored the dried mountain herbs on the finish. Perfect length and structure meld with the balanced acidity and lengthy finish. 258 cases made.
