The 2021 Estate Pinot Noir from Bryn Mawr saw 35% whole cluster and about 25% new French oak during the 18 months of aging. Featuring a shimmering medium ruby to purple core with a lighter purple rim, it begins by gifting lovely black cherry, huckleberry, and mountain sage aromas. Well balanced between the smooth texture and sweet tannins, it finishes with a red-cherry and lemony herb tone that falls right on the mid-palate. About 900 cases were produced.
