Fermented with 10% whole cluster and then aged for 10 months in 20% new French oak and 15% concrete, it displays a medium neon cherry-ruby core with a light blue rim in the glass. Floral and dusty to start, it quickly opens to red-fruit aromas combined with dried poultry herbs. The palate is more strawberries with a bitter herb component that falls on the back of the palate. 2175 cases were made.
