The 2021 Eola Springs Old Friend Pinot Noir from Iterum displays a light to medium glistening ruby core with a neon pink rim in the glass. Put your nose in the glass for a lovely mélange of crushed red strawberries, red cherries, toasted anise, white tea, and shades of citrus zest. The elevated acidity keeps things zippy on the finish and helps cut the grippy tannins. Just 81 cases were made.
