100% Syrah coming from the Walla Walla Valley’s Les Collines Vineyard and fermented whole cluster, this wine shows aspects of dried blueberry, tangerine peel, pencil shavings, dried thyme and ground white pepper. It has very high acidity for a Syrah with medium tannins and a full mouthfeel. Give this another few years in bottle to really come alive and then enjoy for another decade or more.
