A shining medium to dark ruby-garnet core with a light purple rim in the glass, the 2020 Les Collines Syrah is fermented with 2% Viognier and is completely foot stomped during harvest. Very low alcohol at 12.8%, this is a lean, meaty, saline-driven Syrah. Notes of black pepper, roasted meat, and violet flowers collide with blueberries, rhubarb, and forest herbs on the palate. About 750 cases made.
