A gorgeous medium purple-ruby core with a light purple rim, the 2019 Forgotten Hills Syrah didn’t see any whole cluster during fermentation which makes this a totally different wine than its siblings - think wild red strawberry, crunchy Bing cherries, forest floor, black-peppered charcuterie, and wet stone minerality. It glides across the palate and is very smooth and silky on the finish. Enjoy this beauty over the next 10 years. 234 cases made.
