Aged for 5 months in stainless steel, the 2022 Picpoul from Gramercy is a unique grape variety for the area and boasts a very light lemon core with a water rim in the glass. Boasting notes of white peach, lime and lemon zest, white grapefruit pith, candied lemon peel, and dried poultry herbs, it finishes long and lovely with just a touch of evervesence.
