The 2019 Holy Roller Syrah was fermented with 75% whole cluster and aged in neutral French oak puncheons. A stunning nose of grilled meat, black olive tapenade, scorched herbs, and chocolate shavings merge with the blackberry and blue plum fruit tones to create a phenomenal Syrah. Boasting elevated acidity, medium levels of crunchy tannins, and a lovely meaty and spice-driven finish, this one has what it takes to last another 10 years or more with proper cellaring. Approximately 230 cases made. Highly recommended.
