The 2019 Walla Walla Syrah saw 45% whole cluster during fermentation and was aged in mostly neutral French oak puncheons with just 8% new oak. A gorgeous bouquet of dried violet flowers, black-peppered charcuterie, and cracked peppercorns make way for lovely fruit aromas of blue plum, boysenberries, and cedary herbs. Elegant yet focused on the finish, this is a wine that should age well for the next 7-8 years. 1120 cases were produced.
