The Psychedlic Syrah is always one of my favorites from the Sleight of Hand team and the 2021 vintage is another stellar example. It’s a more restrained Syrah than its siblings which creates a lovely polish across the entire experience. Black cherries, blue plums, dried purple flowers spill from the glass alongside shades of espresso and just a hint of dried sage. With a finish that goes on forever and sweet crunchy tannins, this wine will deliver well into the 10 year mark. Highly recommended.
