The 2016 'Southern White' from Rôtie Cellars is a blend of 50% Viognier, 35% Roussanne with the remainder Marsanne. This lovely white opens with a bright bouquet of honeysuckle, white peach, lemon blossom and some brioche notes. Lively and light on its feet this is focused around flavors of white grape, lychee, cantaloupe and nectarine which are framed by a lovely silky texture. (Best 2017-2023) - August, 2017 (OB)
