The 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon slowly begins to release aromatics reminiscent of sandalwood, sweet pipe tobacco, red cherry and red bell pepper, maintaining an herbal edge. The mouthfeel is plush, as the wine reveals red bell pepper, milk chocolate shavings, black cherry and roasted date flavors that sit alongside some nice tension.
