The 2014 McClellan Estate Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon was aged for 23 months in French oak prior to bottling. Creme de cassis, dark chocolate and graphite aromatics entice. Lithe and rich, the wine shows off roasted dates, red bell pepper, crème de cassis and mocha flavors that sit alongside notable tension.
