Sourced from a 16 acre vineyard, this wine utilizes Dijon clone 115, 77, as well as Pommard clones. The wine opens with aromatics of black truffle, forest floor, lavender and red cherry. This leads to lithe flavors of red cherry, tangerine rind, red raspberry and suggestions of nutmeg. This a lovely texture and mouthfeel, showing very nice weight considering the vintage.
