The 2015 Left Coast Cellars White Pinot Noir impresses in this hot vintage. The Pinot was aged in stainless steel for six months before bottling. It opens with aromas of white cherry, nectarine, Gravenstein apple with hints of beeswax. Showing strong poise on the mid-palate there are flavors of wet stone, ripe honeydew melon, red delicious apple and hints of orange rind. This displays wonderful freshness despite the heat of the vintage. (Best 2017-2024) - February, 2017 (OB)
