TOIL Rosé 2016

This inaugural release Pinot Noir Rosé wine is only a 160 case production bottling.  Winemaker, Chris Figgins, has utilized clone 777 in this wine, sourced from his Toil Vineyard, as he has crafted one of the most compelling Pinot Noir Rosé wines that I have tasted in the past year. There are pretty aromatics of red cherry, red raspberry and pear. This leads to flavors of red cherry, guava and pomegranate. The mouthfeel and acidity is gorgeous.
