TOIL Pinot Noir 2015

This gorgeous Pinot Noir wine was largely aged in neutral oak for 12 months (72% Neutral French Oak) and opens with a bouquet of red cherry, baking spices, pomegranate and red raspberry. There are flavors of guava, red cherry, sandalwood and hints of cranberry. Lithe and rich, this gorgeous wine should evolve nicely with some short-term cellaring. (Best 2017-2027) - March, 2017 (OB)
