This translucent Pinot opens with a bouquet of smoke, black cherry, white truffle and cran-cherry, as this wine shows some serious aromatic range. The Pinot has lighter flavors reminiscent of red cherry, red currant, smoke, guava and raspberry. This has notable acidity, as you feel the brisk minerality and red fruit expand on to the finish.
