Another stunning Cabernet from Passing Time, this time with fruit coming from Horse Heaven Hills. A satisfying nose of blackberry, cassis, dark chocolate shavings, ground allspice, toasted walnut shell, cedary herbs, eucalyptus, and a touch of Christmas spice are all present and combined masterfully in the glass. Crunchy sweet tannins, mouthwatering acidity, and a full body help complete the wine. Better in 2024, if you can wait that long; or give it a heavy and long decant before enjoying. Highly recommended.
