The Cuvée du Tonnelier is a barrel selection wine sourced from the estate vineyard, first planted in 1990. The bouquet is reminiscent of red cherry candy, guava puree and teaberry with cinnamon. The palate shows wonderful minerality and tension, showing bright red fruits with a touch of citrus rind towards the back end. Absolutely outstanding, this great wine will cellar well for the next fifteen plus years.
