The 2015 Carter Vineyard Pinot Noir by Panther Creek was aged for 17 months in 38% new French oak prior to bottling. This wine starts off with bright aromatics of red fruits with blood orange. The palate is lithe as the wine showcases pomegranate seed, forest floor and suggestions of baking spice flavors that connect with a lovely weight on the mid-palate.
