A gorgeous concoction of 55% Pinot Noir and 45% Chardonnay is aged upon the lees for 10 years. This luscious sparkling wine shows incredibly fresh for its age and delivers a nose of ripe red apple, fresh apricot and brioche. The palate is creamy, intense and complex with flavors of ripe stone fruits, blanched almonds, honeycomb, a squeeze of navel orange and freshly baked croissant. The acidity is pronounced and the wine is very balanced. One of the best sparkling wines from Oregon that we have tasted. 1530 cases produced.
