Pinot Noir coming from the Elton vineyard which spends 16 months in barrels, of which 29% is new French oak. The nose shows blueberry, huckleberry, torched earth and sweet barrel spices while the palate is much more savory with hints of black cherry, earthy brown mushroom, cedar shavings and pencil lead. The saline finish delivers medium acidity and medium tannins.
