Vines that were planted in 1996 produce the fruit for this dry-style of Riesling. The Lone Star is fermented and aged in stainless steel and gifts notes of lemony herbs, lime zest, Granny Smith apple, peach gummy candy, and crushed wet stone. Racy acidity, and a warm and lengthy finish complete the wine. Only 150 cases were made.
