The 2019 Estate Pinot Noir from Open Claim is aged for 16 months in 30% new French oak barrels and displays a brilliant shimmering medium ruby core with a neon light pink rim. Notes of fresh red raspberries, mountain blueberries, dusty country road, pink peppercorn, tangerine oil, cedary herbs, and crushed clay pot are all present in the glass. Beautifully balanced and textured, and lovingly complex, it glides across the tongue, delivering rounded sweet tannins and a red and blue fruit finish. Highly recommended. 220 cases made
