This phenomenal Pinot Noir from Big Table Farm is their 2021 Willamette Valley that is aged for 10 months in barrel and touches just a bit of new oak. 100% whole cluster during fermentation which gives the wine some added structure and crunchy tannins. Scrumptious tones of Bing cherry, red plum, with a smudge of tropical fruit comine through on the nose, it then gifts secondary notes of pencil shavings, lemony herbs, and sea breeze on the finish. The 2021s coming out of Oregon are phenomenal. 1846 cases made.
