Resting in 30% new French oak barrels for 15 months, the 2021 Claudia’s Choice Pinot Noir saw 50% whole cluster during fermentation. Deep ruby-red cored with a bluish rim in the glass, it boasts notes of black cherries, sweet baking spices, cedary herbs, and just a smooch of lemon zest. Tannins are developing nicely and are firm but not overpowering. Only 179 cases made.
