BIG TABLE FARM Pinot Noir, Wirtz Vineyard 2013

This expressive bottling comes from 40 year old vines in the Wirtz vineyard. The wine sits at only 11.8% alcohol and begins with Burgundian aromas of black truffle mushroom, cardemom, orange rind, and cran-pomegranate. There are flavors of rose water, cran-cherry, red raspberry and tangerine orange. This is a delicate wine that is drinking beautifully right now, with a slight saline streak. (Best 2016-2026) - January, 2016 (OB)
