BEAUX FRERES Pinot Noir, Guadalupe Vineyard 2013

Planted in 1989 this 300 ft. elevation vineyard is located in the Dundee Hills and is set on Jory soil. The 2013 'Guadalupe Vineyard' begins with an intriguing array of aromatics including smoke, red cherry, red raspberry and rose petals. There are bright flavors of red cherry, red raspberry, pomegranate seed and hints of blood orange. This Pinot is very complex, albeit somewhat astringent. Only 75 cases produced of this great wine.
