BROOKS WINERY Pinot Noir 'Old Vine Pommard' 2014

This Pinot Noir is sourced from a single block of the Brooks Estate Vineyard in the Eola-Amity Hills which was planted in 1973. The wine begins with aromas of black cherry, black tea, orange rind, and forest floor with a touch of black truffle. There are lithe flavors of red cherry cream, red raspberry, vanilla and guava with cranberry sauce. This shows wonderful weight and poise. Sexy, feminine and irresistible right now, this wine will have a long life in the cellar. (Best 2017-2028) - June, 2017 (OB)
