The 2014 Panther Creek 'Winemaker's Cuvèe' shows a more masculine side than the 2013 bottling. This deep colored Pinot Noir opens with dense aromatics of black cherry, black olive and forest floor with shiitake mushroom. The earthy tones accentuate this wine, as it leads to flavors of black cherry, black tea, wet stones with black truffle. This great Pinot Noir will cellar beautifully for a decade or more.
