GRAN MORAINE Pinot Noir 2014

The 2014 Gran Moraine Pinot Noir is an outstanding wine made by winemaker Shane Moore. This great Yamhill-Carlton wine begins with rather intoxicating and bright aromatics reminiscent of black truffles, forest floor, cigar box, red cherries and red currants. The mouthfeel is gorgeous, as the wine displays red cherry pie, red raspberry preserves, white truffle oil and suggestions of blood orange rind. Complex and inviting, this gorgeous Pinot Noir wine will drink well for a decade or more.(Best 2017-2027) - August, 2017 (OB)
