This delicious Sparkling Wine opens with a bright bouquet of green apple, lemon blossom and a touch of white peach. Slightly sweet, with obviously more dosage than their 'Blanc de Blancs' bottling, the wine delivers ripe sweetened gooseberry, lemon zest and honeydew lemon flavors that sit alongside some really nice tension.
