The 'C Note' underwent 100% whole cluster fermentation and also was aged in 100% new French oak prior to bottling. The highly perfumed nose shows rose petals, forest floor, red cherries and toasty oak. On the palate this shows off a beautiful texture laced with flavors of black tea, blackberry cobbler and peat moss, which are underlined by lovely minerality.
