The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon from V. Vineyards begins with seductive aromas of blackberries, ripe cherry, red currant, pencil shavings, dried herbs, and exotic sweet spices all soaring from the glass. Full-bodied with an enveloping, plush texture, laced with ripe dark fruits, sweet spices and herbal notes that layer the palate. It possesses wonderful concentration and structure as it comes to an end with a long supple finish and firm tannins. This wine could benefit from 3-4 years of bottle age and can be enjoyed over the next 10-15 years or more.
