Shimmering light lemon cored with a silvery rim in the glass, it’s wonderfully expressive on the nose, boasting aromas of tropical fruits, yellow peach, yellow flower petals, gooseberry, and warm citrus. Resting on 30% new French oak, it gives the wine structure and just a hint of cedary herbs on the nose. Additional notes of white nectarine and pink grapefruit zest explode on the palate. Juicy acidity and a long finish complete the wine. 181 cases were produced.
