BANSHEE Pinot Noir Sonoma County 2012

The 2012 Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir from Banshee contains fruit from declassified barrels sourced from some premier vineyards in including; Coastlands, Emmaline, Jack Hill, Rice-Spivak, Tina Marie, Hellenthal, Hurst, Bohemian and Sullivan. This brings a wonderful sense of freshness on the nose with aromas of raspberry and strawberry fruits followed by spices, cloves and wild mushrooms. It’s extremely well balanced and the texture is just pure silk. This is a phenomenal showing and excellent entry to Banshee’s 2012 Pinot Noir. (Best 2014-2023) - March, 2014 (JD)
