The 2016 Rosé from Spell Estate is a pretty showing, which opens with a bouquet of rose petals, red cherries, strawberry and hints of melon. On the palate there are ripe flavors of white peach, orange rind, red cherries and strawberries. This shows wonderful structure and a delicate character through the finish.
