The 2022 Sequitur Vineyard contained 33% whole cluster during fermentation and is organic and biodynamic. A lovely muted ruby core with a blue rim, it’s a more earthy and savory Pinot than its siblings. With aromas and flavors of mountain strawberries, crushed red cherries, bitter herbs, pencil eraser, black tea, wet earth, and spicy pink peppercorns are all presented nicely. Earthy and savory on the finish, the fine-grained tannins and sweet acidity help create another winner from Hundred Suns. 141 cases were produced. Highly recommended.
