SOJOURN Cabernet Sauvignon, Sonoma Valley ‘Home Ranch Cuvee’ 2019

Vines planted by founder Craig Haserot in 2002 grow the grapes for this 100% berry-soaked Cabernet that ages for 20 months in 70% new French oak. Showing dark purple in the glass with a charming nose of baked blueberry pie, bramble, dried eucalyptus, cracked cinnamon stick, and pencil shavings. The palate continues with the baked black fruit, blackberry liqueur, sweet clove and tobacco leaf with a warm savory cinnamon aftertaste. Acidity is medium plus with sweet grippy tannins that will need another 2 years in bottle before you should open. 650 cases produced.
