The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon from Sinegal Estate is an utterly compelling wine which instantly begins to impress with its gorgeous aromatics of ripe blackberries, black cherries, dark plums, fresh violets, spices, mocha and licorice nuances, which all come together and soar from the glass. On the palate this is full-bodied with a gorgeous opulent texture and beautifully polished tannins. This continues to impress with its outstanding concentration and remarkable depth, as it simply dazzles through the long, supple finish. While the 2015 is already extremely appealing, it should also have a fantastic future ahead and cellar remarkable well for at least another decade. 88% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Pettit Verdot, 5% Malbec, 2% Merlot.
