The 2015 Estate Pinot Noir begins with inviting aromas of wet stones, mulberry and candied red cherry. The palate is plush, rich and layered, showing wonderful salinity. Flavors of black cherry, guava puree and blood orange are underlined by earthy undertones which continie to impress. This is a fantastic Pinot Noir by the talented Chad Melville which should drink beautifully over the course of the next decade.
