This gorgeous wine is composed of 70% Grenache, 16% Mourvèdre, 8% Syrah, 4% Cinsault, 2% Clairette from 40+ Year old vines. The wine itself begins with vivid aromas of ripe strawberries and raspberries woven together with wet stones, smoked meat, white pepper, spices and a dash of orange zest. On the palate this sophisticated red possesses a medium body with incredible freshness and bright acidity. it continues to impress with its gorgeous texture and balance through the long, juicy finish. Excellent now, but will on continue to improve as it evolves over the next decade and beyond.
