The Bourgogne Blanc from winemaker Pierre Fenals comes from 30-year-old vines and is aged 14 months in old barrels and stainless steel with no So2. The wine opens with aromas of baked apple, ripe pear, sour peach, honeysuckle and orange blossoms. Lots of acidity on the plate along with citrus, apple and flinty mineral that come together in the long dry finish.
